Alison Doody
Alison Doody, born 11 November 1966 in Ireland, is an actress and model. Doody made her acting debut in a Bond movie, A View to a Kill in the year 1985. In 1989, she played Nazi-sympathizing archaeologist Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Siobhan is in A Prayer for the Dying, Charlotte in Taffin and Rebecca Flannery Major League II. Approached by a photographer Doody decided to take up modeling that eventually led to an industry-related career in modelling. Doody was very determined not to do glamour or nude work. This rule extended into the acting profession. In 1985, following receiving notice from the directors of casting for an upcoming James Bond new film, Doody took a small portion of Jenny Flex as in A View to a Kill. Chosen to replace Cybill Shepherd as spokeswoman for L'Oreal she was later chosen to play opposite Charlie Sheen in 1994's Major League II in the role of Flannery his girlfriend and agent. Doody was part of The 2004 British comedy The Actors. Michael Caine was her character in a celebration in recognition of an award. The year 2004, she appeared alongside Patrick Swayze alongside a TV adaptation to King Solomon's Mines. She began her first two seasons of Beaver Falls, the E4 comedy Beaver Falls in 2011 as Pam Jefferson. In 2014, she appeared as Pam Jefferson on We Still Kill the Old Way.
